KD Conservatory is proud to present their Black Box show, David Ives’ All in the Timing, directed by KD faculty member, Niko. It is a collection of short comedies, spinning absurd tales of love, language, missed opportunities, music, Marxism and monkeys.

The fun, casual, community settings for the production bring Ives’ raucously clever script to vibrant life. Audiences are sure to delight in these whimsical, but nonetheless captivating, short comedies.

Producer Michael Serrecchia stated: “Ives’ pieces are very dense and scintillating, and yet they are also fast-paced, light and funny. It’s a rare talent that can combine such brilliant literary references with ridiculousness. Ives will take an idea or a prosaicism and run with it, taking it to the next level and pushing it to its transcendental culmination. The outcome is packed with humor and perspicuity.”
