Tyree Bass

Tyree Bass is a native-born Texan. After serving four years in the United States Marine Corps, he embarked on his filmmaking journey by earning his Associate of Applied Arts Degree in Acting Performance from KD Conservatory in 2022. Following graduation, enrolled in KD’s Motion Picture Production Program where he has contributed to multiple short films in a variety of positions including 1st Assistant Camera Operator, 2nd Assistant Camera Operator, and Gaffer, as well as Production Assistant. He also worked as a producer of a comedic short entitled “Employee of the month.” On his most recent project, KD’s 4th Semester thesis film entitled “The Five Aces,” he was the Production Designer. Throughout his time gaining experience in the varying areas of the craft, Tyree has discovered that his true passion lies in editing.
