Nathan Tyler

Nathan Tyler started working toward his aspiration to be a film producer, writer, and assistant director when he entered KD Conservatory in the fall of 2022 after graduating from high school the previous spring. At KD, Nathan created and/or crewed for 29 student and professional short films, serving variably as a production assistant, grip, producer, director and first assistant director. For “Sheist,” his class’s senior project, he distinguished himself in the roles of first assistant director and head of marketing. A highlight for Nathan was leading and producing the Audience Award-winning Dallas 48-Hour Film Project short, “Best Friends Forever Since I Kidnapped You.”
