If you don’t know who Saffron Herndon is you are in for a real treat. Saffron is an 11-year-old girl from Mesquite,Texas with a personality as big as the state; and she is getting ready to take over your television screen.
Saffron has been working towards becoming a stand up comedian, and it looks as though she has received her big break. According to D Magazine, comedian trailblazer, Ellen Degeneres is producing a show for A&E revolved around Saffron. The show will follow ‘Saffy’ as she tours the country. She will receive coaching from top comedians and entertainers, people like Chris Rock and Wanda Sykes.
Saffron began as a student of KD Studio where she took children and teen acting courses and refined her skills. Since then, she has performed at Hyena’s Comedy Club with top comedians, Aaron Aryanpur and Kevin Farley.
Saffron’s show is set to be released in 2017. The KD team is looking forward to seeing a familiar face on their screens and is extremely proud of the #KDKid as she takes her career to the next level.
